Hoop Dreams Congressional Reception Produced by Gearshift
Susie Kay has sent 1,000 high school graduates to college and has paid for it through the Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund. Every year, Hoop Dreams is recognized by members of Congress as they put in to perspective the importance of giving back.
