How Can I Shoot Better Video?

How can I shoot better video is the question. Start with keeping the shot steady. Hold your breath when you record and keep the video clips short, abut 5 seconds. Then move to a new spot, stop walking, hold your breath and record again. Use light to your advantage, stand near windows and shoot in to the room, the same direction that the light is traveling.
